Changing Time and Date on Vodavi Phones

Vodavi StarPlus STS: Change the System Time and Date

Note: The system time and date must be set from the main (first) attendant station, either through admin programming or by using feature code 692.

  • To set the date and time using the feature code, dial 692 on the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.
  • Enter the date and time in this format: YY MM DD HH MM.
  • The entries represent the year, month, day, hour, and minutes. Use 24-hour military time for the hour.
  • After all digits are entered, a confirmation tone will play.
  • Press ON/OFF to turn the phone off and update the time display.

Vodavi StarPlus 616, 1224, 2448 and 96EX: Change the System Time

Note: This time change must be performed from the first attendant station.

  • Press ON/OFF, then dial 76.
  • Enter the date and time in this format: YY MM DD HH MM.
  • The entries represent the year, month, day, hour, and minutes.
  • Press HOLD to save the setting.

Vodavi Starplus-Tria, Digital, Mach I, Infinity and DVX: Change the Time

Note: Changing the time and date on these Vodavi systems must be done from the main attendant station.

  • To change the time, dial 692.
  • Enter the date and time in this format: YY MM DD HH MM.
  • The entries represent the year, month, day, hour, and minutes. Be sure to enter the correct number of digits.
  • After entering all digits, you will hear a confirmation tone.

How to Change the Date and Time on the Vodavi Infinity

  • From any 24-button display phone, enter programming mode by dialing **3226.
  • Press FLASH, then dial 11.
  • The phone display should show: DATE & TIME; MM/DD/YY; HH:MM; AM.
  • Choose the display format by pressing the appropriate button in the flexible button field.
  • Press HOLD, or use the dial pad to enter the date and time in this format: YY MM DD HH MM SS. Use 24-hour military time.
  • Press HOLD until a confirmation tone plays, indicating that the system has been updated.
