Instructions to Change the System Time and Date on Vodavi
StarPlus STS
The system Time and Date must be set by main (first) Attendant via admin
programming or by using the feature code 692.
To set the Date and Time using the feature code Dial 692 on
the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.
Next Enter the Date and Time as follows: YY MM DD HH MM.
The format to enter the time is in YY MM DD HH MM, which corresponds to
the Year, Month, Day, Hour (Use Military Time) and Minutes.
After all the digits are entered a confirmation sound will
play.
Press the ON/OFF button to Off to update the time display.

The following time change must be done from the First
Attendant Station.
First Press the ON/OFF Button and then dial 76.
From here you set the Date and Time. The format to enter
the time is in YY MM DD HH MM, which corresponds to the Year, Month,
Day, Hour and Minutes.
Next press Hold.
Changing Time on the Vodavi Starplus-Tria, Digital, Mach I, Infinity, DVX
Phone Systems
Changing the time and date on these Vodavi systems needs to
be done from the Main Attendant Station.
To change the time first Dial 692.
Next enter the Date and Time. The format to enter the
time is in YY MM DD HH MM, which corresponds to the Year, Month, Day,
Hour and Minutes.
After entering all the digits (You must enter the correct
number of digits.) you will hear a confirmation tone.
How to Change the Date and Time on the Vodavi Infinity
To change the date use any 24-button display phone and Enter
programming mode by dialing **3226.
Press FLASH and Dial 11.
The phone display should show DATE & TIME; MM/DD/YY; HH:MM;
AM.
Choose Display Format by pressing the appropriate button in
the flexible button field.
Press the HOLD button or Use the Dial Pad to Enter all the
digits for the Time and Date as YY MM DD HH MM SS using the 24 hour
military time.
Next Press Hold until a Confirmation Tone is played telling
you the system has ben updated.
