Panasonic Corporation closed its global Business Communication business, covering all PBX telephone systems and SIP telephone systems, back in 2022. This exit included the full KX on-premise line, including the KX-TDA, KX-TES824, KX-TDE, KX-NCP, KX-NS500, KX-NS700, KX-NS1000, and KX-HTS32 series. Hardware from Panasonic for these business phone systems ended in 2023, and Panasonic dealer service support ended on March 31, 2025. Service parts are still committed through 2029.
